The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is offering mark downs on several exclusive items and top name brands that are brand new and perfect for a fall wardrobe. Many of the items are specific to Nordstrom and will be marked down then prices will go up August 6.

If you have the Nordstrom credit card you can shop the Early Access Anniversary Sale beginning July 12 and it opens to the public on July 19th. Early access is the best way to get the lowest prices on the hottest items for the fall season and make sure your size is in stock before it sells out. And so many items sell out super fast since they're often not on mark down or that specific item available regularly.

As the sale continuesI'll be updating some of the top items that are "must haves" or sell out quickly. In the mean time make a list and organize your "must haves" by figuring out what is in your closet already and what you can add to update it. Is it boots and outerwear you need to invest in this fall or an update to your basics?

Last weekend I spontaneously stopped at a Nsale in Charlotte, NC on our way to Greenville for a weekend wedding. I wouldn't normally derail our plans to shop (who am I kidding?!) but in all honesty NYC doesn't have a Nordstrom department store so we made a quick stop and I picked up some sale items with fall in mind. Below are some quick finds and others worth a look for sale price. Hurry up! The sale ends August 8th and then everything is back to regular price. Now is the time to splurge on those coveted items you've been waiting for to go on sale. Don't mind my messy hair, this was taken morning after the wedding ☺️
